Three former college deans have settled their $2 million lawsuit against the Arizona Board of Regents. The women alleged they were underpaid.

A former University of Arizona dean first filed suit in 2018. She said she was replaced in 2016 by a man who earned nearly $70,000 more.

Two other former deans later joined the suit.

In a joint statement, both parties announced the matter was “mutually resolved” for an undisclosed amount.
