There have been efforts over the years to keep Arizona clean and pick up trash all around the state. Some of those projects are led by governments while others are led by private companies.

The November issue of Arizona Highways Magazine highlights an example of the latter. Keep Nature Wild focuses on volunteer cleanup events, and has started selling apparel and outdoor merchandise to support that mission.

To talk about this effort, The Show spoke to the group’s co-founder Cameron Jarman and Chels Knorr, a freelance writer for the magazine who profiled one recent cleanup event.
