It finally felt like winter in the Phoenix metro area, at least an Arizona winter.
The Valley was drenched in rain — and even hail in some places.
As temperatures finally dip below 80 degrees, and Arizonans get out their boots and scarves, The Show spoke with meteorologist Matt Pace from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.
