Americans were stunned to learn of a brutal attack on Jews celebrating Hanukkah in a home in a Hasidic community outside of New York City over the weekend.

It is just one of many violent attacks that have taken place against members of Jewish communities across America, including last year’s shooting at Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life synagogue that claimed 11 lives.

In Arizona, reported anti-Semitic attacks decreased by more than half since last year, but in light of recent violence, community members are being vigilant.

Joining The Show to discuss this recent spate of violence is Carlos Galindo-Elvira, regional director at the Anti-Defamation League Arizona.
