While many are finalizing their New Year’s Eve festivities, Arizona State University will be in El Paso, Texas Tuesday.

It’s ASU’s third trip to the Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl in just six seasons.

The Sun Devils are looking for their first college football bowl victory since 2014 and they will have a tough opponent in the Florida State University Seminoles, which have a 3 to 1 advantage in bowl matchups against ASU.

With nearly 2,800 passing yards — a school record for a freshman quarterback — ASU's Jayden Daniels will feature prominently on offense. Star running back Eno Benjamin and senior wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk are entering the NFL draft and will not play in the bowl game.

The Sun Devils defense will face a Seminoles offense averaging 269 yards per game.

Kickoff is noon Arizona time.
