City warns against celebratory gun shooting

The City of Phoenix is issuing its annual warning today against shooting guns into the air this holiday season.A city spokesman says it's a problem twice a year -- at New Year's and the Fourth of July. The spokesman says police can sometimes triangulate to find out where the shots were fired. But when bullets land, they occasionally hit people.
