The Arizona Capitol is wrestling with multiple lawmaker-lobbyist related scandals. State Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita (R-Scottsdale) allegedly harassed a female lobbyist, leading her Democratic colleagues to demand an investigation that seems unlikely at this point.

And Rep. David Cook (R-Globe) faces multiple ethics complaints stemming from his alleged affair with a lobbyist.

Both cases raise questions about the boundaries — or lack thereof — between lawmakers and lobbyists.
