We are exploring the new, up and coming or otherwise unique and interesting neighborhoods around the Valley in an occasional segment we are calling the "Hot Corner."

It's time to head out to another of the Valley’s hot corners, spots around town with a lot going on. Let’s meet our tour guide.

I met her outside the Mesa Arts Center, at Center and Main Streets in downtown Mesa. And, as you will hear, it was a bit blustery during our conversation.
