Sen. Jon Kyl prepares for his final months in Congress

September 26, 2012

The U.S. Senate finished a marathon session over the weekend, and then members went back to their home states, where most of them will stay until Election Day, Nov. 6.

When they return to Washington for a lame-duck session, there will be a long list of to-do items. But will there be the political will or power of cooperation to complete the list?

On the show to talk about that and other current events of note is Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl, who has represented Arizona in the Senate since 1994 and is in his final four months or so on the job before a planned retirement.
