Police in the border city of San Luis say they've arrested three high school students in the videotaped bullying of a classmate.

Two 15-year-old boys and a 15-year-old girl were arrested Wednesday. They face charges of threatening and intimidating, assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and interfering with an educational institution.

Police say in a release a 15-year-old boy told his mother Tuesday he had being bullied throughout the school year at Vista High School and on the bus ride to and from school.

Two of the students allegedly taunted and assaulted the boy and threatened to assault him again if he told anyone. Another videotaped some of the incidents.

Chief Arturo Ramos says his department will keep investigating criminal bullying and seek prosecution of suspects.
