Prospects for comprehensive immigration reform

The results of this month's elections have revived the possibility of Congress passing comprehensive immigration reform. Former Immigration and Naturalization Services Commissioner Doris Meissner and Clint Bolick, co-author of a forthcoming book on immigration reform with former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, discuss what immigration reform would look like. The two also address how different the political environment is in 2012 when compared to bipartisan efforts in 2006.
