Student arrested after Embry Riddle parking lot explosion

Police in Prescott have arrested an 18-year-old Embry Riddle University student for setting off an explosion in the college parking lot in Prescott.

Lieutenant Ken Morley says James Levine was arrested after an anonymous tip, but it is unclear why the White Plains, N.Y. resident may have done it.

"He didn't really give us a specific reason as to why he was in possession of any of that type of explosive device or material," Morley said.

Morley said the good news is there was no damage to nearby dorms and nobody was hurt. He also said the explosion does not appear to have any link to the Boston Marathon bombings.
