StoryCorps Phoenix: Patricia Trausch and Patty Trausch

June 24, 2013

We are pleased to share the voices and conversations of our community from StoryCorps Phoenix. StoryCorps Phoenix is the project that records the stories of everyday people and archives them at the Library of Congress.

The StoryCorps Mobile Booth was parked at the Phoenix Art Museum and was been very busy. We’ll air a conversation each Monday on KJZZ as part of the Phoenix visit.

Today, a conversation between Patricia and Patty Trausch.

Patricia grew up in Illinois. When she was young, she struggled to succeed. After going to college she went on to become a grade school teacher.

Patricia and her daughter Patty came to StoryCorps Phoenix.
