Redistricting Chair Challenging Her Removal by Governor

The Arizona Supreme Court will be asked to decide if Governor Brewer’s removal of the chair of the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission is legal. An attorney for I-R-C chair Colleen Mathis says his client wasn’t afforded due process. From Phoenix, KJZZ’s Paul Atkinson reports.
