Some of the original backers of the Independent Redistricting Commission say the Governor and state Republican senators went too far in removing its chair. Colleen Mathis was dismissed earlier this week for what Governor Brewer called “substantial neglect of duty or gross misconduct in office.” From Phoenix, KJZZ’s Paul Atkinson reports.
