New Research Focuses On How to Help Adults With Autism

Roughly one out of every 68 kids is on the autism spectrum, and there’s a lot of research into how they learn and what interventions work the best to make that happen. But Megan Farley has been looking at a slightly older population: 22 to 51-year-olds.

Farley is a senior psychologist at the Waisman Center at the University of Wisconsin and has been looking at how adults with autism are doing as far as maintaining relationships, jobs and living independently.
