Teachers across Arizona are continuing their process of deciding whether or not to go on strike in search of higher pay for themselves and, more generally, increased funding for schools.

Gov. Doug Ducey’s recent proposal to bump salaries by 20 percent over three years has caused some teachers to more seriously consider whether a strike would make sense and be effective.

The Show spoke with middle school teacher Jonathan Perrone, who has been involved in the #RedForEd effort in his district.
