The combination of President Trump’s low approval ratings and off-year election history indicates this fall’s congressional elections should go very well for Democrats — at least in the U.S. House.

Some pundits believe it’s likely that Democrats will take back the House from the GOP, which currently holds a 241-194 advantage. The Democratic momentum has even sparked the phrase "Blue Wave" to describe just how dramatic the outcome may be.
