Harassment in the workplace has been common for decades, but the #MeToo movement has helped to shine a brighter spotlight on the issue.

Some employers have acted to better deal with the problem, while others haven’t. Either way, are the correct steps being taken? The American Psychological Association released a report called "Workplace Sexual Harassment: Are Employers Actually Responding?"

David Ballard, director of the association’s Center for Organizational Excellence, joined The Show to talk about it.
