The U.S. Attorney’s Office will work in conjunction with the Department of Justice’s nationwide Election Day Program for the November elections. The program is meant to ensure everyone can freely exercise their right to vote.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Allison will serve as the district election officer for Arizona. He will be responsible for overseeing the handling of complaints of election fraud and voting rights in Arizona in consultation with the DOJ.

The public can report possible election fraud and voting rights violations while the polls are open on election day. Allison will be available at the District of Arizona by phone at (602) 595-2866.

Some violations include intimidation and discrimination at polls, buying and selling votes, impersonating voters, altering vote tallies, stuffing ballot boxes and marking ballots for voters against their wishes or without their input.
