Arizona's Incoming Schools Superintendent Sees Good, Bad In School Safety Report

The Federal Commission on School Safety has released its first report.

Among its other recommendations, schools should "seriously consider partnering with local law enforcement in the training and arming of school personnel."

The report also discusses methods of discipline and services for mental health.
