This Winter Was 2nd Coldest Ever Recorded In Phoenix

This winter was the second coldest ever recorded in Phoenix.

According to the National Weather Service, the average temperature from mid-December to March was 56 degrees. Beat only by the winter of 1997-98, when the average was 55 degrees.

This winter also saw record-breaking snowfall in Flagstaff and even northern parts of the Valley and Tucson.
