AZ Hospital & Healthcare Association drops lawsuit
The Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association has dropped its lawsuit against the state. The group had sued over a 5 percent cut in the reimbursement rate from the state for hospitals and physicians treating Medicaid patients.

Last week the County Attorney’s office sent a letter requesting information about the federal investigation into the sheriff’s office.

State to begin accepting medical marijuana dispensary applications
