U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says Canada and Mexico may be exempted from likely American tariffs on steel and aluminum, if talks on a renegotiated NAFTA go well.
Mnuchin made the comments while testifying in front of a House Appropriations subcommittee.
