February 29, 2012

Jaime Molera, partner in the Molera Alvarez group, and Fred DuVal, former chair of the Arizona Board of Regents, react to Mitt Romney winning the Arizona presidential preference election Tuesday. Molera says that Romney’s victory isn’t too shocking due to his resources and the endorsement of Governor Jan Brewer. DuVal says Romney needs to be accepted as authentic to appeal to Arizona voters. DuVal, who recently chaired the Arizona Board of Regents, also talks about the role of higher education and issues that were discussed at the National Governors Conference in Washington, D.C.
