An Arizona grand jury indicted a Prescott office manager for a medical center on more than 60 felony charges related to fraud.

The jury ruled to indict Terri Rolston of Surprise on the multiple felony charges for reportedly embezzling more than $300,000 while working for Orthopaedic Specialists of Central Arizona.

The indictment claims Rolston altered computer records, forged more than 60 checks in the name of its doctors, and illegally diverted benefits during her 11 years at the clinic from 2007 through 2018.
