If you’re from a certain generation, the name Atari means early-age video games and memories of Asteroids, Space Invaders and Pac-Man.

And with nostalgia for the 1970s and '80s at a peak right now, it makes sense that entrepreneurs and creative types want to bring the name back into the mainstream.

And now Atari is being attached to a string of hotels — one of which will be based in Phoenix on Roosevelt Row. With The Show to talk about it is Napoleon Smith, who informally calls himself chief creative dude for the Atari Hotels.
