It's PHX Startup Week.

Organizers of the event, which runs through Saturday, say it’s a time for entrepreneurs from across the Phoenix area to come together to help build the region into a hub for startup businesses. 

To get a sense of how that’s going, The Show spoke with Kate Rogers-Sieker, co-lead of PHX Startup Week and vice president of people at the firm LeadMD.
