Professor: Bernie Sanders Needs Huge Latino Turnout To Win Arizona And Stay Competitive

Tuesday’s Presidential Preference Election in Arizona is focused on the two candidates who have been considered to be at or near the top since the campaign began many months ago: former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Biden has been favored strongly by African American primary voters, while Sanders has had the advantage among Latino voters.

Arizona may be a state where we see a change among Latino Democrats. A new poll released by ASU and Univision and conducted by Latino Decisions offers some insights.

Matt Barreto, co-founder of Latino Decisions and a Political Science Professor at UCLA, joined The Show to discuss the findings.
