Arizona Looking To Recently Retired Nurses To Help Out During Pandemic

Nearly 80% of Arizona nurses say their personal protective gear is not sufficient to care for their patients safely and efficiently. The same survey from the Arizona Nurses Association finds more than 80% of nurses are concerned they’ll contract COVID-19 at work.

The Show spoke to Robin Schaeffer, a registered nurse and the executive director of the Arizona Nurses Association, about what’s being done to fix the situation.
