'A Little Bit Of Chaos': How Food Supply Chain Is — And Is Not — Working

Meat suppliers across the country continue to deal with workers testing positive for COVID-19, which is forcing them to either reduce production or shut down completely.

And that has some people worried about the potential for shortages of meat products.

At the same time, there have been reports of dairy farmers dumping gallons of milk before it went bad and farms having to let crops rot in the ground.

Hitendra Chaturvedi, professor of supply chain management at Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, talked more about all of this.
