Arizona has the highest daily percentage of positive coronavirus cases in the country, according to data from Johns Hopkins.

The test tracker shows more than 25% of tests given daily in the state are coming back positive.

This doesn’t mean a quarter of Arizona residents have coronavirus, but it indicates widespread infection among those who are tested.

In Florida, the rate is 18.7% and in Texas it’s 13.8%. Meanwhile, New York has gone from being a hotspot to having just 1.1% positive tests.

This data comes as Arizona health officials reported a record 117 deaths in a single day on Tuesday.
