The cold front that was supposed to bring some rain to the Valley has weakened a bit. It will still drop temperatures, but much of the moisture has dissipated.

National Weather Service meteorologist Jaret Rogers says the next few days will be pretty cold by Arizona standards.

“We’ll have a significant cool down — almost 20 degrees from Sunday into Monday, with a high of 68 degrees forecast," Rogers said. "For Tuesday morning we’re actually expecting a low of 47 degrees in Phoenix, which means the outlying areas will be cooler, closer to 40 degrees.”

Flagstaff will see a high of 33 degrees with a chance for at least a few inches of snow early in the week, before temperatures rise back into the 50s and 60s for the rest of the week.
