The Biden administration is already sending signals on how it will modify U.S. policy to deal with Russia, China, and some allies. But how dramatic a shift can we expect? Will President Joe Biden retain some aspects of the Trump approach, go back to a more common post-Cold War approach, or look to the future in some very different ways?
