The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday threw out what is likely the last legal challenge remaining about Arizona voters going for Joe Biden.

Pinal County resident Staci Burk alleged that there was widespread fraud and improper tallying by voting machines.

But what was being discussed in court was whether or not she was a "qualified elector'' under Arizona law who had standing to bring such a claim in the first place. A Pinal County Superior Court Judge concluded she was not, since she was not registered to vote in the 2020 general election.

Burk claims her registration was fraudulently canceled, the Superior Court judge says she waited too long to file suit. The Arizona Supreme Court agreed and the U.S. Supreme Court threw out the case without comment.
