Vacancy rates for office space in the Phoenix area have gone up for four straight quarters, according to an analysis of the first quarter of this year by the real estate and investment management firm JLL.

But there may be signs that Valley residents could be heading back to the office for at least some of their work week.

Keith Lammersen is a commercial real estate broker at JLL in Phoenix. The Show spoke with him to learn about what he's seeing in the market.
