Two years ago, an ABC15 investigation showed video inside the Lewis State Prison in Arizona that rocked the Arizona Department of Corrections.

It’s now the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry, and the video showed prisons cells with locks that didn’t work — and the dangerous situations it resulted in for officers and inmates.

Dave Biscobing has gotten a hold of more leaked video, this time from the Florence State Prison, that shows officers being held against their will.

The Show spoke with Biscobing to learn more about the situation at Florence.
