Biden's vaccine requirement is on pause, leaving more uncertainty for Arizona businesses

A federal appeals court panel has temporarily blocked the Biden administration’s rule requiring employers with more than 100 employees to generally require workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Under the rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, companies have until Jan. 4 to mandate vaccinations or have unvaccinated employees get tested for COVID-19 every week.
