It’s not exactly cold outside, but maybe you've put on a sweater at night once or twice these days.

And whether or not you’re cold, you can appreciate a good cup of hot chocolate on a winter’s day.

Minerva Orduño Rincón knows a lot about hot chocolate, and not the kind made from a packet of powder, but Mexican hot chocolate. You might have heard it called Ibarra; it’s become more popular in the United States.

Orduño Rincón is a chef, instructor and food writer, and she says if you make it right, Ibarra can be incredibly indulgent and warm you right up. The Show spoke with her to learn about the sweet drink.
