A Arizona Senate committee approved a measure Feb. 8 that would prevent many Arizonans from voting early.

On a party-line vote, the panel agreed to restrict early voting to only residents who meet certain conditions, including people who are 65 and older, live more than 15 miles from a polling place, or will be out of their precinct on Election Day.
