State lawmakers come back to the Capitol May 31 after the Memorial Day holiday with almost exactly one month to go before the end of the fiscal year. And that means they have about 30 days to come to an agreement on a new state budget. 

To discuss what to expect this week at the state Legislature, The Show spoke with Howard Fischer of Capitol Media Services.
