This time, Carol Lee of Phoenix shares a chilling experience she once had in downtown Mesa.

Years ago, when Lee was talking a ghost tour, she went into the basement of a secondhand store. As she peered through a hole in the wall that revealed an underground tunnel, she felt an otherworldly surprise.
