The Arizona Game and Fish Department is a state agency of Arizona.

The money comes from a program that helps secure land for conservation projects.

The Arizona Game and Fish Department will receive more than $350,000 to purchase 30 acres in Pima County for desert tortoise and cactus ferruginous pygmy owl habitat.
