Controversy Still Surrounds Reintroduction Of Mexican Gray Wolves

Arizona Game and Fish Department wolf specialist Jeff Dolphin carries a Mexican wolf after sedating it from a helicopter so it can be tracked and studied in the wild.

The reintroduction of the Mexican gray wolf remains controversial with several groups including members of the White Mountain Apaches, cattle ranchers, elk hunters and residents of the Blue Range wilderness area where the reintroduction is taking place.
