Four hundred teachers across Arizona received $2,500 grants as a part of the Palo Verde Fiesta Bowl Charities Wishes for Teachers program.

The money will be going towards equipment and supplies for public and charter school classrooms. 

One Tempe music teacher will be purchasing new percussion instruments, a Tucson science teacher will be getting microscopes for the class, and a Mesa computer science teacher plans to build a “Cyber Cave” to focus on cybersecurity.
