Gov. Katie Hobbs released her budget proposal for the next fiscal year on Friday. The roughly $17 billion plan includes more money for public education and would put $150 million into the state’s housing trust fund.
But it also gets rid of two high-profile programs from the Ducey administration: universal school vouchers and the Border Strike Force.
