It’s been three years since the COVID-19 pandemic began, and so much has changed since — debates over masking and vaccines; measurements about how close was too close to be to someone; concerns about isolation; questions about whether people would ever shake hands again.
The Show talked to people who’ve been thinking about these and other questions related to what’s changed since the start of the pandemic and what has mostly stayed the same.
During the pandemic, writer and political cartoonist Lalo Alcaraz worked on a series of public service announcements to encourage migrant farmworkers to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Show talked with him about where we’ve been, where we are now and what kinds of things he's been thinking about.
