It’s been a wet week in the Valley - the combination of a winter storm system enhanced by El Nino has dumped rain on Arizona every day this week.

Is local infrastructure ready for this January deluge? Steve Waters from the Maricopa County Flood Control District said this is a first in a series of winter storms in the Valley.
