You’ve heard the candidates running for Congress who say they’ll go back to the nation’s capitol and change Washington. If elected, they’ll serve their time and then come home where they belong.


In his book “This Town,” though, Mark Leibovich of The New York Times Magazine says Washington has become a revolving door for politicians who become lobbyists, and a place that makes a lot of them rich. We spoke to Leibovich.
