Two valley brothers pleaded guilty in an employment scheme that took nearly $200,000 from job applicants.

State Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced Monday Aaron Blodgett and his brother Matthew each face two counts of securities fraud and fraudulent schemes after posting “Help Wanted” ads for clerical positions on Craigslist.

Detectives found job candidates, with poor credit, were told to take out bank loans and pay the brothers to be considered for hire.

The Blodgetts face more than three years in prison and $187,000 in restitution.
